This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used by Prime Axis LLP on this website.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Browser local storage works in a similar way but is read by JavaScript rather than sent in request headers. Both are covered in this policy.

2. Cookies we use

We use only strictly-necessary first-party cookies:

• Session cookie (pp_session) — an opaque, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax cookie set when you start a photo job. It binds the job (and the resulting download) to your browser so others cannot access your photo by guessing the order ID. Expires after 7 days.

We do not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or third-party tracking cookies.

3. Analytics (browser local storage)

We use PostHog to measure traffic and locate drop-offs in the photo-creation flow. PostHog stores an anonymous visitor identifier in your browser's local storage. It does not set advertising cookies and does not associate the identifier with your name, email, or any identifiable information.

PostHog respects the Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals — if your browser sends either, the PostHog script does not load and no identifier is created.

4. Third-party cookies on payment pages

If you proceed to checkout you are sent to checkout.stripe.com, where Stripe may set its own cookies for fraud prevention and checkout functionality. Those cookies are governed by Stripe's Cookie Policy.

5. How to control cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling the strictly-necessary session cookie will prevent the Service from working correctly (you will not be able to download a paid photo). Guidance for major browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.

6. Changes

We will update this policy if our cookie usage changes. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
